Within Australia

All orders of Gallery 33 products shipped within Australia will be sent via Australia Post at regular mail rates. It takes between 4-5 working days to Australian addresses. The freight charge is automatically calculated and will be displayed at checkout at the time of submitting your order.

International Orders

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International orders of Gallery 33 products will be sent via airmail using Australia Post or TNT where Australia Post is not applicable. It normally takes 10-12 working days to most countries outside Australia. Freight charges are automatically calculated when you place your order and before you give payment details. Note: There may be unforeseen circumstances over which we have no control that may prevent you from receiving your order in the allocated time frame, however we will do our utmost to ensure your order is shipped safely and timely and will investigate any problems on your behalf. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Import Duty

Some countries impose import duties on goods brought into that country. Please determine what duty or tax you may have to pay to your Government for the import of goods ordered from us. We are not responsible for any customs brokerage fees or import taxes.

Returns and Refunds

Our first priority is your satisfaction. If your item is faulty upon arrival or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund to you the value of the item.

Returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. 

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The return shipping cost will be yours to cover if returning due to change of mind.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Original Artworks

The buying of Aboriginal art is a very personal matter. It is important to us that any art you buy from us is something you will enjoy. Though we take every step to ensure the aboriginal art images on our website have the exact likeness to the paintings, we understand it is not always the case and images are not the same as viewing the artwork in person.

Gallery 33 Pty Ltd will fully refund the cost of the Aboriginal art if, within 10 days of receiving it, you decide not to keep it.

You must notify us of your intent to return the artwork with 48 hours of receipt of purchase. You will only need to pay for the cost of the return freight.

The artwork must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging, and with any original documentation that has been provided by us.

Upon receipt of the artwork we will issue you the refund.
